Prayer Meeting:

This church has committed itself to Jesus Christ.

We rejoice in the security of His love as revealed on the Cross of Calvary, where He loved us 'to the end of love' by dying for us.

That was the only way he could offer us eternal life - since we have sinned and brought upon ourselves the terrible wages of suffering and eternal death. As Creator of mankind He took responsibility for us.

None need fail of attaining, in his sphere, to perfection of Christian character. By the sacrifice of Christ, provision has been made for the believer to receive all things that pertain to life and godliness. God calls upon us to reach the standard of perfection and places before us the example of Christ's character. In His humanity, perfected by a life of constant resistance of evil, the Saviour showed that through co-operation with Divinity, human beings may in this life attain to perfection of character. This is God's assurance to us that we, too, may obtain complete victory.

It is our studied purpose to respond to the love of God in a meaningful way. It is our passion. In our own strength we are unable, but by His grace we surrender ourselves to Him in the hope that He will complete His shortened life through us.

In this we find great happiness and peace. Jesus is the desire of lonely hearts. He has made us like Himself and for Himself. It is our joy to worship and honor Him on His Sabbath, which we share as a perpetual assurance that He is our God.

He is returning soon - for us and all that truly love Him. He is our Savior, our Lover, our Life, and He wants to be yours. He loves you more than you can ever imagine. Won't you come with us? He wants your eternal companionship - and so do we.

About Seventh-day Adventists
Adventists believe a Trinity of three persons--the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit--make up one God. They made salvation possible when Jesus, the Son, came to earth as a baby in Bethlehem and lived a sinless life in accordance with the Father's will. When Jesus was crucified for the sins of the people of the world and arose from the dead on the third day, victory was won for everyone. More >>
